Please read the following terms and conditions which are applicable to all of our stationery.
About these Terms and Conditions
In these Terms and Conditions “we” and “us” mean Something Fabulous Pty Ltd ABN 9986 198 1647 of 24 Auld Street, Terrigal, NSW 2260 Australia, and “you” means you the customer. These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire contract between us and you for the supply of products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.
Legal Capacity To Transact
If you are under the age eighteen (18) years you can not place orders with Something Fabulous. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. Should Something Fabulous suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Something Fabulous reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Something Fabulous.
Prices of goods, delivery and other charges displayed on the Something Fabulous website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
Quotes are valid for 60 days from the date on the original quote. If you return after 60 days, you will be given a new quote, which may reflect changes in pricing.
The acceptance of your final quote must be in writing via email.
4. Online Ordering
If you purchase goods from Something Fabulous, we require you to provide your name, address, email address and phone number (“customer information”). If you place an order online and do not receive an email confirmation, your order has not been processed. Please contact us by phoning 02 4385 3215 or by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect, Something Fabulous will not refund your payment. Should you wish to re-send the package, you will incur an additional delivery charge.
Once you have accepted the final quote, we require a 50% deposit before proofing will commence.
This is a non-refundable payment.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Something Fabulous is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
We recommend that you order 2-5 ‘not personalised’ invitations just in case you think you may need extras or if you would like a keepsake. Our minimum reorder cost is $15.00 so it could be costly to place a smaller order after your initial order has been completed.
We will endeavour to obtain and use all product as quoted, however we take no responsibility for stock that is unavailable, damaged or discontinued. Should this be the case, we will make every effort to inform you of the change as soon as possible and will offer an alternative product and/or design.
Wording needs to be submitted via email or word document. You will need to supply an Excel spreadsheet for guest names. If you need assistance completing your Excel spreadsheet, our fee is $15/half hour. All copyright is wholly owned and reserved by Something Fabulous. No part may be reproduced or re-sold without written permission.
We use a laser printer to ensure excellent print quality. Printing is included in the stationery cost and is standard black. There is a surcharge for colour printing. Please note that onscreen colours may appear slightly different, depending on your monitor settings. All items are made to order and handmade by us. All stationery is branded with a small company stamp on the back.
As each item is handmade to suit your requirements, there may be slight variations between items from the same job. Some papers are handmade and hand-dyed, they are characterised by slight variations in colour, thickness and stiffness which is a characteristic of handmade paper’s natural beauty. This may occur between sheets, with new stock deliveries and new dyelots and is not a fault in the paper or returnable for this reason. This is also the case for natural items such as starfish and shells.
While great print quality is our guarantee to you, once you give us your written approval on your printing, any errors become your responsibility and not that of Something Fabulous. If a mistake is found to be due to incorrect information supplied by the customer any reprinting and assembly work required will incur both a product and service fee.
If an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
We are not responsible for any items that are marked or damaged once the final order has been collected or delivered. We encourage you to check all stationery items before you leave and address any issues immediately.
We reserve the right to use your stationery samples for marketing purposes both online and in the showroom.

Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Something Fabulous does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website.
