Returns Policy
At Something Fabulous we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact us at sales@somethingfabulous.com.au or telephone 02 43401522 . Please advise the nature of the problem so we can deal with it as soon as possible.
Printed Invitations?
When you order printed invitations from Something Fabulous we will send you a proof of your invitation wording and formatting. This can be changed by you to reflect spelling, grammar and formatting to meet your requirements. We will ask you to send us an email to confirm your acceptance of your final proof. If you are not happy with any of the above areas of your final product and it complies with your acceptance of the final proof then we are unable to refund your money or offer an exchange.
Making a return?? Once your return has been discussed with our Customer Service Manager and agreed upon we will issue you with a Return Authority Number. Unfortunately we cannot process any return unless you have this number. All returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date and needs to be in saleable condition and in original packaging.
Not up to scratch?? Although all products are rigorously tested to ensure they pass our Fabulous standards, occasionally a product may be damaged or faulty. In this case we will immediately send you a replacement product, once we receive the damaged item, in original packaging. Again follow the procedure above (Making a Return). We will supply a Reply Paid Address, so that you are not paying for postage. In the event that a replacement is not required we will offer a full refund.
Changed your mind or it doesn't fit?? Simply contact us to obtain your Return Authority Number. We happily provide an exchange or credit voucher but do not offer a refund. Credit vouchers are valid for twelve months from date of issue. Please note we do not exchange for change of mind purchases on printed invitations.
In the event that you have changed your mind, it is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your goods. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. We suggest that you check with Australia Post for the most secure way to send your parcel, and keep your proof of postage.
