Delivery Information
Something Fabulous offers a choice of delivery options for your order. These options are dependant on the stock availability of the item you choose and the guarantees of the delivery service used as well as your location.
Standard delivery within Australia
If you live anywhere in Australia the charge for standard delivery is $7.95 on all orders placed with Something Fabulous. This covers handling and postage to your nominated address. Time frame for this option (Remember to check the address you give us carefully, it is your responsibility to supply correct delivery details.)
Express delivery within Australia
Something Fabulous now offers an express delivery option for your parcel which offers a faster and more secure delivery option. The cost of this service is $14.95. We use either Australia Post Express Post or Fastway Couriers depending on your location and which option is the quickest.
International Customers
We are now able to ship to some international customers. Our delivery fees are based on a flat rate Australia Post charges for different international shipping zones. This charge covers handling and postage to your nominated address. (Remember to check the address you give us carefully, it is your responsibility to supply correct delivery details.)
Please note that these delivery charges can be changed at the discretion of Something Fabulous with no notice, but will only be increased in line with postal and courier cost increases. Any orders placed before a delivery charge increase will be charged at the previous lower rate quoted.
How long will my order take?
Delivery Policy
Once your order and payment has been received delivery can take a maximum of 10 working days depending on the product chosen. (Personalised products can take longer and these time frames are outlined in the product description) This is unusual and will only occur if stock deliveries from our suppliers are delayed or temporarily out of stock. We will contact you immediately if this is the case.
As we have good stock levels most of our orders leave our warehouse within 3 working days of us receiving your order and payment. For printed invitations, once you have confirmed your proof, allow 2 working days for printing and despatch. (Australian deliveries)

For our international customers, your order will leave our warehouse within 7 days of placing your order and will be delivered to you within the normal shipping times for your zone. This can be up to 7 days.
If for any reason Something Fabulous cannot fill your order we will contact you within 2 working days of your order being received and organise for a refund or another product selection.
